SHIPPING

Domestic

• Shipping starts at 50 THB and varies depending on the parcel weight, shipped with Thailand Post + tracking.
• Orders over 3500 THB get FREE domestic shipping.
  

Note: LUCK isn’t responsible for shipping delays due to natural events or other uncontrollable circumstances. If this happens, we’ll do our best to find your parcel. We’re also not responsible for lost or stolen goods but will help you out as much as we can.

International

• All international parcels are sent via DHL, requiring a signature on delivery. You’ll get a tracking number once your order is confirmed.
  
• Orders to countries outside Thailand might have import duties/taxes, which you’ll need to pay to get your order from customs. Contact your local customs office for details. You’re responsible for any duties or import fees on top of shipping costs.
  
• Flat rate of 1500 THB for all international orders, shipped with tracking. Contact us if you need express post.
  
• Orders over 15000 THB get FREE international shipping.
  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to love your LUCK purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s what you can do:

• Get a credit voucher valid for 6 months.
  
• Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the original shipping date.
  
• Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging and swing tags attached.
  
• LUCK has the right to deny exchanges/returns if the product doesn’t meet our standards.
  
• Send all requests to contact@luck-th.com.
  

Note: We don’t cover shipping costs for
exchanges or refunds unless the item is faulty.

REFUNDS

• No refunds for change of mind purchases.
  
• Refunds only for faulty products, as determined by LUCK
  
• Items in bundles will only be refunded at the discounted price.
  
• Discounted items will only be refunded at the purchased price.
