With Japanese Micro-spinning technology, the fabric provides an ultra-soft and fluffy texture. Made with premium long-staple cotton yarn, it delivers superior water absorption and moisture release—up to 7 times better than ordinary towels.

Perfect for all ages, with a gentle, skin-friendly touch—especially for those with sensitive or delicate skin. For babies, the large towel can be used for swaddling or as a soft mat, while the smaller towel is ideal for gentle wiping.

We take extra care in the dyeing process, using safe colors free from formaldehyde and fluorescent agents. That’s why many mothers choose it as “their baby’s very first towel.”

A unique highlight of the Fluffy Collection is its versatility—it can also be used as a blanket, whether at home or on the go. The fabric has just the right thickness, making it convenient to carry anywhere.

Fabric: Micro-spinning Untwisted Yarn

The Japanese-style weaving technique and the natural interlacing of fibers create unique natural patterns on the towel surface, which do not affect its performance.

Recommended for: Everyone in the family (suitable for newborns).

Care Instructions:

  • Hand-wash or machine-wash with cold water and mild detergent.

  • Tumble dry or line dry.

  • To maintain long-lasting absorbency and softness, avoid using fabric softeners.

Embroidery Service:

  • Name embroidery takes about 5–7 business days.

  • Embroidery size depends on the number of characters (recommended 3–6 characters). Hoop size is about 10–12 cm. Longer names will result in smaller characters.

  • Embroidery is limited to one line. For two lines, thread color changes, or company logo embroidery, please contact us via LINE: @luck-th.

  • Actual thread color may slightly vary depending on lighting.

  • Each towel color comes with a designated thread color for that model and cannot be changed.

SHIPPING

Domestic

  • Shipping starts at 50 THB and varies depending on the parcel weight, shipped with Thailand Post + tracking.
  • Orders over 3500 THB get FREE domestic shipping.

Note: LUCK isn’t responsible for shipping delays due to natural events or other uncontrollable circumstances. If this happens, we’ll do our best to find your parcel. We’re also not responsible for lost or stolen goods but will help you out as much as we can.

International

  • All international parcels are sent via DHL, requiring a signature on delivery. You’ll get a tracking number once your order is confirmed.
  • Orders to countries outside Thailand might have import duties/taxes, which you’ll need to pay to get your order from customs. Contact your local customs office for details. You’re responsible for any duties or import fees on top of shipping costs.
  • Flat rate of 1500 THB for all international orders, shipped with tracking. Contact us if you need express post.
  • Orders over 15000 THB get FREE international shipping.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to love your LUCK purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s what you can do:

  • Get a credit voucher valid for 6 months.
  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the original shipping date.
  • Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging and swing tags attached.
  • LUCK has the right to deny exchanges/returns if the product doesn’t meet our standards.
  • Send all requests to contact@luck-th.com.

Note: We don’t cover shipping costs for
exchanges or refunds unless the item is faulty.

REFUNDS

  • No refunds for change of mind purchases.
  • Refunds only for faulty products, as determined by LUCK
  • Items in bundles will only be refunded at the discounted price.
